Bonita became a yoga teacher in 2022 and when she contacted me she already knew which direction she wanted to take her business towards.

Bonita started experiencing constant back pain from the age of 10 years old, yet it wasn’t until 2018 that she discovered she had scoliosis. The pain impacted her mental health as well as her physical health, and it is around that time that she started practicing yoga.

Her current aim with her yoga teaching business is to empower individuals working in high pressure environment and help them implement mindfulness in every aspects of their lives.
