Branding photoshoot for Sally Connor
Sally and I have been insta friends for a few years. I write and share a lot about my eating disorder recovery on my yoga instagram and I think this is how Sally found me. We have had many conversations about body dysmorphia, fatphobia within the yoga industry, and all things ED recovery.
She reached out to me for a photoshoot months before the actual date - to get mentally ready. To hold herself accountable. And on the day of the photoshoot … She smashed it.
She confessed wanting to cancel on multiple occasions and yet she went through with it. I have myself been avoiding having my picture taken by someone else for years so this is extremely inspiring.
There is a very special feeling that comes when you meet an internet friend for the first time. You feel like you have seen them before, but you don’t. And real life just feels like a continuation of all of our already existing conversations. I had such an amazing day and feel so privileged to be trusted by my client the way they do.

You made my session so incredibly good, I felt so comfortable. I expected something traumatic (have had this in the past with shoots) and it ended up being massively healing. Thank you for everything you bring Camille, it's so needed.
