3 inversion variations that look great in photos

So I have the controversial opinion that straight legs inversions don’t look great on pictures - of course there are exceptions in my eye but I prefer working with leg variations, which usually have the benefits to be “easier” (well, except for the last one).

  • Stag leg

A man in a yellow t-shirt & green shorts performs a headstand variation.

Split the legs and bend, I think it is a lovely shape as well as usually being easier to balance in.

  • Split leg or L

If you are going for handstand kicks you don’t even have to hold it - just the L shape will be prettier than a straight line - of course it’s a personal opinion!

  • Backbend

You know my stance on backbends by now - they are pretty and photogenic. If you are someone who likes to invert and bend at the same time, then be the little circus acrobat that you want to be.
